We offer FREE ONLINE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders amounting to $200 or more (Before taxes and other fees).

• Purchase items totaling $200 or more from our online store.
• Select the UPS Ground Shipping Method. (UPS Ground does not ship to PO Box, FPO, and APO)
• The Free ONLINE Ground Shipping Promotion only applies to UPS Ground shipping method only. It does not apply to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or Priority Mail packages.
• This offer DOES NOT apply to telephone orders.
• Free shipping does not apply to backordered items.
• Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam
• PO Boxes, FPO and APO, are not eligible for free shipping. Please choose Priority Mail.

1. Payment Methods

• Credit Card: We currently accept Visa and Mastercard
• Money Order: If you wish to pay via Money Order call (310) 323-9204 and state that you would like to place a Money Order Order. We will calculate a total including taxes (if applicable) and shipping and let you know where to send the money order to. Upon receipt of the money order your order will be sent out. PLEASE MAKE ALL CASHIERS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO "ABSOLUTE SPORTS"
• COD: We do not send packages COD Collect On Delivery.
• Checks: We do not accept personal checks as a method of payment.

2. Shipping

• For your protection and ours, all FIRST TIME ORDERS are only SHIPPED to the BILLING ADDRESS of the Credit Card. The only way around this is if you have an alternate shipping address added to your credit card account. In which case, you must enter your Credit Card Customer Service phone number into the Comments box so we can call and verify that Alternate Shippig address with them.
• PaintballGateway.com reserves the right to modify the shipping charges to any order that did not calculate properly.
• Shipping is determined by the weight of the items ordered and the method of shipping chosen. Included in the charge is delivery confirmation, packaging and handling. We will notify you beforehand for approval of any order that has a significant change in shipping cost.
• UPS Shipping: We Ship out Items Monday-Friday, so if you order on a weekend, don't expect any updates on your order until Monday. UPS Shipping is on a Monday-Friday Business Schedule. Only UPS Next Day Air has a Saturday Delivery option which costs an additional $15 above the standard cost of shipping. For Next Day Air Saturday delivery order placed Thursday evening or Friday early day, please specify "Saturday Delivery" in the comments box during checkout. All other shipping methods are Monday-Friday, which means if we 2 Day Air a package to you on Thursday, you will not receive it until Monday (the 2 business days being Friday, then Monday). UPS is closed on all Holidays so there are no pick ups or deliveries on holidays.
• USPS Shipping: We now only ship USPS Priority Mail to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes! All other addresses must ship with other carriers other than USPS Priority Mail. We ship Priority mail only 3 times per week. We send all orders out standard 2-3 Day Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We recommend UPS for larger bulkier items or items that need to be tracked.
• Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers are updated at the end of each business day. They are inputted into the online system at around 5:30 - 6:00 PM PST. The system emails the tracking number to whichever email you entered when you placed the order. If you did not get an email confirmation of your order initially, this means you most likely entered the wrong email address. UPS orders can be tracked at www.UPS.com, and USPS Priority Mail orders can be tracked at www.USPS.gov.
• APO & FPO orders: Orders can only be shipped to APO and FPO address via USPS Priority Mail.
• All Air Systems and Co2 Tanks: UPS will only ship these items empty due to transportation regulations.

3. Returns

• Only unused, unopened items may be returned for credit. If you attempted to install, fire, wear or wash an item it is considered used. No returns/exchanges accepted on paintballs under any circumstances.
• All items returned to PaintballGateway.com will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the item(s) being returned to Paintball Gateway.
• Prior to shipping any returns to PaintballGateway.com you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any package received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense.
• Any products returned to PaintballGateway.com that do not meet our return requirements will be returned to sender at the senders expense.
• Inspect your products upon receipt. No returns or exchanges accepted after 7 days of receiving shipment.

4. Product Warranty

• All products are sent out in brand new condition from the manufacturer. All companies we deal with are very reputable and stand behind their products 100%. If for any reason there is a problem out of the box, or over time with a product, you will have to refer to the manufacturer's warranty. You can contact us to find out how contact the manufacturer of your product if you are unsure or having trouble doing so.
• Guns: Any aftermarket modifications to your gun may void your manufacturer warranty. Note that wear and tear from normal use of a gun is common and might result in needing to replace common o-rings and seals. Read all instructions that accompany your paintball gun and especially take note of recommended Maintenance from the manufacturer. This will help you to have your equipment as reliable and functional as possible.
• Neither PaintballGateway.com or the Product Manufacturer are liable for any shipping charges on a defective/broken product.
• All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. PaintballGateway.com does not provide any warranty service.

5. Paintballs

• The most cost effective method of shipping paintballs is UPS Ground. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select will have high shipping cost due to the heavy weight of paintballs. Priority mail will also be expensive and will not deliver more than 1 Case, due to weight restrictions.
• We inspect each case before shipping for broken or damaged paint. Once the paintballs leave our door, we have no control over UPS and the treatment of packages.
• There are no returns/exchanges on paintballs. All paintball sales are FINAL.
• Free Shipping promotion does not apply to paintballs.

6. International Orders

• We do not accept International orders and only ship within the continental United States.

7. Calculating Shipping Prices within the United States!

• Shipping costs vary depending on items to be shipped, shipping method, and the destination of the products to be shipped.
• All items with Free Shipping are sent UPS Ground Delivery (where applicable).
• Shipping costs can be calculated on our website by SIMULATING a sale. Please enter all SHIP TO information as if you were making a purchase. You can then calculate different forms of shipping methods for different shipping costs on the items you have chosen.
• DO NOT enter credit card information if you are just calculating shipping prices!
